Architectural Design Division: With over 70 years experience between our architects, CS Custom Structures, Inc. has the capability to meet all of our client's needs and expectations whether it is designing a custom home or designing a commercial building in Central Virginia. We also are fully trained to design energy efficient, sustainable homes and commercial buildings. We specialize in new construction, renovations and additions, and also tenant upfits. Residential Construction Division: Since 2003 we have been building and designing custom homes in Lynchburg, Appomattox, Amherst, Bedford, Forest, Concord, Rustburg, Altavista, Leesville Lake and Smith Mountain Lake. We specialize in new construction, renovations and additions as well as historical rehabilitation and restoration. Commercial Construction Division: We believe having a residential construction background sets us apart from the other commercial construction competitors. Our staff of project managers, superintendents and craftsman are trained to manage our commercial construction projects to ensure timely completion schedules and budgets are maintained.
