Customer Agency is a Customer Centricity Consultancy committed to drive change through customer and commercial excellence. We are a dedicated team of experts and specialists working with various aspects of Customer Centricity in B2B companies: anchoring, communication, data collection and activation of insights. Our consultants have extensive experience in helping companies of all sizes and industries to achieve commercial benefits through Customer Centricity. The story of our involvement within the field of Customer Centricity goes far beyond Customer Agency. Our practice with driving a customer-centric approach in B2B dates back to the early 2000’s. Since then, we have been practicing and refining our approach to Customer Centricity through numerous client projects and serial involvement in academic research. Our contribution to academic research is rooted in several collaborative projects with our partners, Copenhagen Business School and Danish Industry. Most prominent academic contribution is the Future Sales project. In recent years, we have directed our efforts into developing tools to activate customer insights. Today they are being widely used by our clients on different organisational levels ranging from broad corporate initiatives to individual customer dialogues. Alongside our practical and academic involvement, we have engaged actively in promoting Customer Centricity as a management discipline in B2B companies. Our latest activity is the annual Nordic B2B CX conference.
