Customised Cleaning Solutions has the experience and knowledge to deliver all types of cleaning services- office cleaning, residential and commercial common parts cleaning, retail and educational facility servicing. Our experience extends to all associated support services such as window cleaning, carpet cleaning, specialist stone and marble maintenance including a full hard floor restoration service. The founding directors have observed that over the last few years onsite delivery of cleaning services has not changed much, still very dependent on the quality of the on-site staff and management team. During this time the offsite support systems have become more sophisticated to the extent that a disconnection has developed between this support role and the onsite service delivery. This lack of understanding of day to day service delivery by the offsite support team can lead to frustration not only for the client but also the on-site staff. Customised Cleaning Solutions has been created to bring back this sense of pride in service delivery with everyone being part of the team and everyone working together to provide the client with what they want, delivered as they want it. They want all parts of the team to understand that one size does not fit all and each client’s individual needs are taken into consideration.
