We are exotic, we are exquisite and we are exciting – this is the Peruvian way. Our recipes are rich with diversity thanks to the wealth of culture and gastronomic ideas which come from our homeland. When most people visit Peru, they stop by the beautiful city of Cuzco because they aim to reach the amazing peaks of Machu Picchu. We named our restaurant after this emblematic place because when Londoners visit us, they will transcend to the highest heights, the pinnacle of Peruvian cuisine. We’ve kept the colonial characteristics throughout our restaurant and combined this with cooking which pays the most deeply delicious respects to our ancestors. Cuzco hosts a truly unique atmosphere and creates an experience which guests will remember and tell stories about to their friends and family.
