Chris Vaughan is a Chartered Surveyor and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, with over thirty five years’ experience in construction, ranging from relatively small sites through to Director level responsibility for large scale developments. He understands all aspects of construction with particular skills relating to complex commercial, contractual and operational challenges. With extensive international project experience coupled with a sound understanding of the UK construction industry and client aspirations, Chris can add value at all levels and at all stages of the construction and development process. He is flexible in his approach according to customer needs. This may be providing urgent advice and problem-solving relating to a specific task, a short term assignment or for a longer term role that requires a dedicated involvement. Given his extensive experience in the industry, he can add particular value by bringing independent judgment when a third party approach is of benefit to recognize and advise on or resolve problems not foreseen by a permanent team.
