Established in 2005, CVF Capital Partners (“CVF”) is a California based private equity firm that provides capital to small and medium-sized businesses. CVF’s managing partners have worked together for more than a decade, and collectively bring over 85 years of experience where they have invested $250 million in more than 45 transactions throughout the U.S. and abroad. CVF provides a customized approach to capital, utilizing subordinated debt and preferred stock investments to finance late stage growth and expansion, strategic acquisitions, ownership transitions, and recapitalizations. We have extensive experience leading transactions, as well as co-investing with other private equity firms and independent sponsors. While CVF can invest as a majority owner or as part of a control equity group, it typically holds minority equity stakes. CVF focuses on growing firms throughout the Western United States with revenues of $10 to $100 million and at least $1 million in cash flow. Our target investment is between $3 million and $15 million, although we have strong partner relationships with strategic partners that can allow us to complete significantly larger investments. We have a diversified approach to investing, and a proven track record in logistics and distribution, manufacturing, SaaS, waste and recycling, consumer products and services, human resources, and business services.
