CVideon is the online video-based recruitment platform where both jobseekers and companies can promote themselves through videos. In our developing world where internet and social media are rapidly evolving, more is concentrated around to see and be seen. CVideon is an online platform that gathers companies and employees to share interactive content between them in form of video-based communication. This is an innovative way to interact as company information is therefore not only downstream to their end-users but can also participate in information exchange with end-users, in terms of for example CVideos from potential future employees. Main phrase: A video tells more than a thousand words in much less time. CVideon is the professional ’YouTube’ that consists of mainly two parts: CVideos and CompanyVideos. As a company you get access to a large database of CVideos posted by job-searchers sorted after qualifications, education etc. As a jobseeker you upload a 30-90 seconds video CV of yourself. You're then placed in our database of video CVs that companies can search for. Use the link to your profile and share it online or in your CV and applications. Furthermore, we offer video CV consultancy for those who do not already have a video CV. We help develop your elevator pitch, body language, presentation skills and we'll record you with our professional equipment.
