Construction with Destiny (CWD) director and owner, Luke de Vries, always had a passion for carpentry, buildings, and gadgets. Luke’s grandfather, Cecil Pyle, has been an inspiration from his time as an apprentice with a multi-national construction company to this day as builder and project manager. Over the course of establishing himself in the building industry, Cec passed down valuable keys that Luke always holds close to his heart to this day. "Mark of Excellence" is CWD’s distinctive quality. Whether facilitating a specialist fit-out, creating a new building, overseeing developments or project management, this mark of excellence is lived out in quality workmanship, great product knowledge, and thorough execution in all aspects of the job. Recently, CWD received the Light Commercial Award at the HIA Tasmanian Housing Awards for the Brickworks Design Studio in Hobart.
