CxM Ltd is a commissioning management company. We specialise in providing a comprehensive commissioning management service to the buildings' industry, often directly for client organisations. Commissioning management is a quality process and we use a structured approach in delivering our service. Our specialists have the skill and experience to identify and document the commissioning activities and to track their progress through to completion, often personally witnessing the tests until satisfied. This results in systems being correctly commissioned, monitoring systems (e.g. BMS) reporting correctly and critical systems responding correctly. In addition to the confidence this brings, the long term benefits include lower energy usage (and costs) through more efficient operation and greater life expectancy of equipment (provided it is correctly maintained).
