About CyberRehab
CyberRehab is a Norwegian NGO that aims to mitigate cybercrime by making it profitable for ISPs to do what is good for cyber security. We think the best way to achieve that is by introducing certification scheme for ISPs that requires: - Peering policies that favors sincere ISPs - Encapsulation and tagging of what is probably malicious traffic - Making the ISP closest to hacker/bot/VPN/proxy responsible for cleaning up - Use of Wi-Fi and corporate routers that identify and help cleaning up infected units in the network Until such certification is in place, CyberRehab will introduce a “Hacker free IP range” where hacker should choose to stay away.
