About Cyclists Fighting Cancer
Cyclists Fighting Cancer (CFC) is a registered charity based in Stratford upon Avon. We help children and young people living with cancer across the UK improve their physical fitness, strength, mental wellness, and reduce social isolation by giving them new lightweight bikes, specially adapted trikes, exercise equipment and support. We also provide child size commercial exercise equipment into NHS Paediatric Oncology Units across the country. For 20 years since 2005 we have helped over almost 10,000 children affected by cancer, we are driven by a passion for sharing the proven benefits of exercise and activity for people living with and beyond cancer. Our charity services are mainly funded by operating our own Charity Bike Shops based in London, Manchester, Cheltenham and from our HQ in Stratford upon Avon. Our shops exist as standalone bicycle shops offering all the normal funstions of a local bike shop except the bike stock are donated and refurbished inhouse.
