CYE Consult is an independent consultancy company, working in the fields of Infrastructure and Transport, Environmental Management, Rural Development, Food Security and Water Management. CYE Consult has ample experience in development projects and programs, most of them financed by the EuropeAid Cooperation Office but also by other important donors involved in the development cooperation. The company´s headquarters are located in Waterloo (Belgium), although it has an extensive network of collaborators through Latin America and Central America too. CYE´s multidisciplinary team includes engineers, economists, political and social sciences experts and communicators. Since its foundation in 2001 the company has implemented development projects and short missions in more than 30 countries throughout the world. Therefore, CYE Consult has accumulated broad experience in developing countries, the EU candidate countries and in the EU neighbour countries to the South. In the last years CYE Consult has expanded its scope of activities to other areas such as Communications and Institutional strengthening. Currently the company is implementing a EU funded project to raise public awareness about the importance of Human Rights in Argentine and has recently completed a similar project in Costa Rica.
