Strategic Energy Solutions that Save Cash, Kilowatts and Carbon Cynergin delivers guaranteed, step-change reductions in energy-consumption to large consumers, such as hospitals, universities, local authorities, museums and retailers. First we reduce energy demand. As obvious as this sounds, many organisations rush straight for the boiler house (i.e. the energy supply), which ultimately deprives their customers of valuable savings. Then we supply energy in the most cost-effective and carbon-efficient fashion - e.g. combined heat-and-power (CHP) plant, boilers, renewables (including solar and biomass) and heat pumps. We have considerable experience in reducing other estate-related costs, e.g. by implementing low-maintenance equipment and supporting staff to improve working practices. We pride ourselves on our strong engineering pedigree. We provide innovative solutions that optimise money, energy and carbon, in accordance with our customers' priorities. A core skill is achieving the right commercial structure and accounting treatment for each transaction, to deliver the maximum financial return for our customers. Our solutions balance cost-reduction with helping our customers to improve the delivery of their core business activities. Our two core services are: 1. ESCo Projects - operating as prime contractor for guaranteed energy-infrastructure enhancements; 2. Consultancy - providing our technical and commercial expertise to support customers in developing strategy or delivering projects.
