About Cystic Fibrosis Care
Established in June 2015 Cystic Fibrosis Care is a charity formed and run by professional fundraisers who are parents of children who have Cystic Fibrosis. The charity provides essential services and equipment, practical help and support to children and adults, their families and Specialist Care Centres. Our Mission: Our mission is to help people with Cystic Fibrosis. To support high quality CF care, promote public awareness of cystic fibrosis, and raise and allocate funds for these purposes. Our Vision: A world where those with Cystic Fibrosis can access the care they need and CF is no longer a progressive life-shortening disease. Our Values: Cystic Fibrosis Care is committed to, and encourages the fostering of the following four values: • Excellence • Caring • Accountability • Teamwork Strategic Directions: Our strategic directions provide a roadmap for Cystic Fibrosis Care as we continue to deliver on our mission and in achieving our vision, and form the basis of our corporate goals, objectives and priorities.
