Quality Of Staff D'Accord's minimum requirement for staff or associates is that they must have at least 6 years' industry experience. Unlike others, we do not employ new graduates, probationary psychologists or counsellors without adequate experience. D'Accord offers a healthy gender split of experienced counsellors with a wide range of expertise.
