About D'Alessandro Scouting
D'Alessandro Scouting is a company that offers an innovative way to implement or outsource the scouting activities of professional Football Clubs. It's not easy nowadays for a club to hold and manage an effective internal scouting department: it costs economically, it costs time, energies and mostly it needs something that it's difficoult to have, stability. We have 17 scouts, each on one country, covering a total of 35 leagues around the world. They are organized as a team with individual and group goals, a virtual office and a large network that gives them the possibility to have the eyes and ears of local journalits, coaches, scouts and players. Our mindset is to be effective and in-depth. WHAT WE MEAN WITH IN-DEPTH SCOUTING For us is not just a matter of finding a talent. For us it is matter of analyzing, studying and reporting on it. First of all we start from the pitch. We are very traditional on that, our scouting methodology ground is to see as many games as possible of the leagues we follow. In this way, at the end of the season we have seen almost all the players of the league playing a minimum of 7-8 games. Than our analysis starts from the technical side, proceeds with the tactical and mental and ends with the physical. But this is only the first part: a player is not only what he appears on the pitch, a player is firstly a person, and what we do is to build a psychological reportage of the person behind the player. We are able to do that thanks to our network where we always find the right people to answer to our questions: it can be thanks to the direct cooperation of the players or thanks to their agents but mostly thanks to our semiotic psychologist. The clubs that work with us are able to get advantage of this massive work and build a very extended and in-depth knowledge of a thousand talented players that match their market targets.
