About D&C Engineers
D & C was formed in 1973, our main functions were to carry out maintenance and servicing to the concrete quarry and ashphalt industries, as the company has grown over the last 40 years our services have also grown. We formed GWC Electrical in 1986 which allows us to provide for all the electrical requirements and acquired D&D Fabrications in 2005 which increased our workshop production; this company also manufactures special purpose machinery in mild steel, stainless and aluminium. Over the years we have carried out many plant refurbishments and upgrades, introducing computer operated controls, all supplied and installed by ourselves. Our modifications have enabled plants only producing 40 cubic metres per hour to produce 60 cubic metres per hour, both dry batch/wet batch and half wet/half dry. Our new plant builds are now on going, having proven them selves to be very reliable with low maintenance costs assisting in reducing your carbon foot print. All plants are designed to suit your site and requirements with all spares being available locally within the UK.
