D&E , The Power Group is comprised of 3 separate initiatives whose team of banking professionals and training experts work together to develop and empower the communities we serve! INITIATIVE #1: D&E, A Financial Education and Training Institute, Inc. is a 501 (c)(3) HUD Approved Counseling Organization. Our mission is to transform the lives of overlooked and underserved communities through the delivery of affordable housing, low-cost banking, job readiness, senior enrichment, veterans, and youth development programs. Services: Homebuyers Education Workshops, Homebuyers Counseling, Credit Counseling, & Foreclosure Services INITIATIVE #2: D&E, The Consulting Group is a for profit company whose consulting services range from corporate training that develops strong leaders inside lending institutions, to partnering with the Nonprofit Entity as training consultants contracted to deliver a series of comprehensive seminars and workshops. Our mission is to deliver professional consulting services, corporate and technical training solutions that develop strong leaders within banks, financial institutions, credit unions, and corporations, creating positive change and financial freedom for consumers, independent business owners, thereby shifting the paradigm across underserved neighborhoods.
