This is in no small measure due to the expertise of both our employees and the subcontractors we call upon. From the start, we looked for people who were not only skilled artisans, but also honest, thoughtful and cooperative in their dealings with clients. We take real pride in the fact that so many of the foremen and carpenters on staff have been with us for the past ten to twenty-five years. It is only through such continuity that a consistent standard of excellence is assured. Over the years, our work and reputation have generated a steady stream of referrals. It has been gratifying to find that the same architects and designers repeatedly contact us; clients refer us to families and friends; and those for whom we’ve created a home call on us for their next renovation.
