D&J Henry Ltd is an IT, Consumer Electronics and Domestic Appliance repair company based in Coventry. We specialise in large-scale asset recovery, repair and refurbishment services to the retail, insurance and manufacturer sectors. Established in 1979, D&J Henry prides itself on the delivery of high quality technical excellence in the repair and refurbishment industry. Consistently investing in our internal infrastructure and state of the art tools, we strive to provide superior service to our clients at a competitive rate. Our experience and expertise allows us to undertake work on a wide variety of product makes, and we are certified and authorised to undertake warranty work for many industry leading brands. Our certifications allow us to obtain many replacement parts direct from the manufacturer, reducing costs to our customers while helping us to achieve a consistently high level of successful repair rarely found in the industry. Our facilities include 22,000 square feet of specialist workspace bespoke engineered for the diagnosis, repair and refurbishment of a variety of consumer electronics. We maintain strong relationships with local educational centres, a commitment which allows us to provide educational and employment opportunities for numerous local apprentices each year. We also maintain ISO 9001 accreditation, ensuring our business practices and quality control are consistent and to a high standard. Our highly skilled and customer focused field service team repair products in the customers house. They have a strong focus on getting it right first time which enhances the customers experience and increases satisfaction. We keep the customer informed throughout the process so that they feel informed and know that we are dealing with their repair and offer the customer help and advice on their product.
