About D&M Concrete Products
D& M Concrete Products Ltd. a locally owned and operated company was formed in 1979, west of Lacombe . D&M has a redi-mix division with 6 trucks that supply concrete within a 50 miles radius of Lacombe, along with supplying precast concrete shops in the area. D&M’s precast department produces a variety of products in the recreational, industrial, oil field, commercial and agricultural industries. The largest areas of growth in the recent years include: Magnum stone Retaining Walls, variety of different barriers, silage bunkers and electrical transformers. Most products sold are standard products however there is the ability to do custom work when needed. DMD Rock Products shares the same office and site space providing crushed and washed gravel for various central Alberta customers. In the last year D&M has grown to need extra space and has expanded to a second shop on Wolf Creek drive where the retaining wall is produced. Both sites employing a total of 4 part time staff enrolled in the RAP program at local high schools and 35 full time staff. The office hours are Monday to Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm and Saturdays 8:00am – 1:00pm in the summer months, winter hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
