DRC, a public works engineering firm, in business for 40 years, provides expert level Transportation; Water/Wastewater engineering and Construction Management services to repeat clients, some for over 30 years. Repeat clients include the City and County of Los Angeles, Bureau of Sanitation, Bureau of Engineering, Environmental Engineering Division, Port of Los Angeles, Port of Long Beach and various other municipal and transportation agencies in Southern California. TRANSPORTATION: DRC specializes in the planning, design and engineering of mass transit, roads, streets, highways and bridges for the safe and efficient movement of goods and people throughout the Los Angeles region. DRC has the experience and technical expertise to perform all aspects of civil and transportation engineering. From street widening to complex mass transit or interstate corridor improvement projects, DRC engineers can take your project from inception of planning and environmental studies through detailed design for expressways, highways, streets, bridges, large port facilities and airports. WATER/WASTEWATER: Over the last 38-years, DRC has designed new or improved water and wastewater facilities up to 700 mgd. We have provided design, engineering and other support services for the City of Los Angeles; Environmental Engineering Division since 1986. For the last 15-years, DRC has been awarded three consecutive 5-year prime contracts due to excellent work and consistent delivery on time and within budget. The experience of our engineers provides a unique project focus and technical excellence to our clients for the design and construction management of water and wastewater facilities including large and small diameter conveyance and interceptor sewer systems. PM/CM: DRC provides PM/CM services for the above mentioned categories.
