Dabinett is a Chartered Surveying practice offering expert independent advice on property. We undertake acquisition surveys to ascertain the physical condition of buildings, preparation of planned maintenance programmes to plan works and budgets to keep buildings in repair and design and tender and oversee refurbishment projects. We are experienced in dealing with commercial leases; assessing tenants' liabilities in respect to the repair and maintenance of property; preparing dilapidation claims on behalf of landlords and defending claims on behalf of tenants. Our Accreditations: RICS - The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is a global professional organization that establishes and enforces standards for valuing, operating, and developing assorted types of real estate and property. APS - The Association for Project Safety [APS] is the representative professional body dedicated to working in partnership to eliminate deaths, tackle ill health and manage risks throughout the whole life of any project in the built environment. ISO 9001 - The ISO 9001 standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. LABC - Local Authority Building Control (LABC) represents all local authority building control teams in England and Wales.
