DAC Management LLC and its affiliates (DAC) are a privately held firm that provides credit, intellectual property, and strategic advisory solutions to global investors and companies operating in China. For 20 years, DAC has served clients across a wide range of industries in more than 24 provinces and municipalities, developing extensive local relationships with financial institutions, government agencies, courts, attorneys, and other service providers. DAC’s senior management entered China in 2001 to lead the initial foreign-funded non-performing loan transaction to close and be successfully resolved. By 2005, DAC had obtained the first nationwide debt servicing license granted to a foreign-owned company. Since then, DAC has managed or serviced approximately US$750 million of assets and performed countless bespoke advisory services for our partners. Today, DAC’s decades of China experience are strengthened by unrivaled, proprietary research and data we apply across all business lines. DAC is led by professionals with extensive experience in alternative asset management, banking, accounting, legal, and data science fields.
