Update May 2019 In May 2019 as been executed the merger by incorporation of Register.it S.p.A. and Dali Italy Bidco S.p.A. into Dada S.p.A. From such date, the merging company Dada S.p.A. resulting from the merger with Register.it S.p.A. and Dali Italy Bidco S.p.A. will change its name to Register S.p.A., and will take over all the assets and liabilities of Register.it S.p.A. without interruption. Update November 2017 Dali Italy Bidco S.p.A., a company headed by HgCapital, acquired the controlling interest in DADA from Libero Aquisition Srl (Orascom Group). Consequently, following the mandatory tender offer that led to the revocation of the stock on March 5th, 2018 from the listing on the Italian Stock Exchange, Dali Italy Bidco is the sole shareholder of the company.
