Dads& is a social enterprise that is redefining fatherhood to create a more equitable society. We support and empower dads from all phases of their fatherhood journey - from men hoping to become dads one day to working dads with teenagers, enabling them to become the dads they want to be. We share stories and experiences of diverse dads and experts to supports dads to navigate through their current and upcoming phases of fatherhood. We don't tell dads 'how to dad' - we empower them to become the dad they want and need to be for their family based on their own vision and values. We empower men to overcome the gendered norms and expectations of previous generations to become the type of dad that is authentic to themselves and their families. We support corporations through guest speaking engagements to discuss fatherhood, modern parenting, supporting working families and adopting workplace practices that support and empower all working parents equally, regardless of gender. The “&” in our name recognises that an "equitable society" benefits all people beyond our focus of “Dads”.
