About Daedalus Advisory Services

We are an advisory services business focused on corporate and project growth strategy planning in the US and in the emerging and frontier markets of the world. Clients are in the biotech, IT, real estate, legal and investment industries, each of which we are working with to overcome distinct growth challenges, from opportunity identification and marketing strategy, to managing the firm's corporate development and organization. We often take operating roles in selected businesses to have a direct hand in the implementation of our strategy assignments. The firm has operational roles in a number of companies a key man support for particular projects that require specialized expertise. Our core competencies are - establishing a very strong understanding of a business' current state, - identifying or validating target opportunities, and - developing the business case for moving forward, or - creating plans and roadmaps to organize activities and individuals to achieve goals, or - implementing specific organizational development tasks by working directly with key actors, or - taking an operational role in the company to drive growth directly. We also provide introductions to project sponsors and opportunities internationally, and are actively working with a number of project sponsors as co-founders to launch new businesses.
