Daffee is a Foodtech startup that produces a new coffee made from a byproduct through a fermentation process for the date beans. Daffee is to revolutionize the coffee industry by offering a coffee experience made from upcycled date beans. Our mission is to promote sustainable consumption, reduce waste, and combat climate change and deforestation while providing coffee lovers with a guilt-free and flavorful experience. We aim to create a positive impact on the environment and inspire a shift towards responsible and conscious choices in the beverage industry. Moreover, according to scientific research, due to climate change by 2050 global coffee production will be reduced by half; therefore, coffee availability is expected to go down, and costs to go up. Since today there are few options to replace coffee, there will be a need for a new coffee to cover consumer demands.
