Our Ingredients: Porc Our pork is sourced from Mountain View Farm, a family-run farm nestled in the serene valley of Waianae, Oahu. Using Korean Natural Farming techniques, the farm raises pigs in harmony with nature—completely free of herbicides, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, and vaccines. These pigs are fed a vegetarian diet, ensuring the purest and cleanest pork for our charcuterie. Venison We also feature venison made from wild Axis deer harvested on Molokai. This invasive species presents a unique opportunity to produce delicious, sustainable meat while helping to restore balance to the local ecosystem.
