About Daily Choices

Daily Choices was originally created as a blog that discussed the importance of our choices and where they take us in life. Fast forward 10 years and it has become the name of my personal coaching business. I work specifically with women who are in mid life and seriously ready to create new pathways forward. The workshops that I have designed, highlight the self journey it takes to change our choices and change our lives. We start by QUESTIONING our beliefs and UNCOVERING our values, which builds the courage to EXPLORE how to create boundaries to protect what we hold dear, then SHIFTS our focus towards self love and appreciation, and uses the steps we’ve learned to continually THRIVE. The journey of each participant is very personal, and yet through heart connections made with other women we can find the strength to move forward. What I provide is my knowledge and expertise and the safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore and remain focused on your path.
