We, Daio Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. have a wide variety of parts and half-finished products for miscellaneous goods production. In addition, we are undertaking over 1,000 projects annually in which we plan, design and manufacture OEM products. At the planning and design stage, we will organize customers’ ideas and reflect them on the choice of materials, manufacturing methods and design proposals. For prototyping proposals, we are operating full-color 3D printers, UV printers, laser processing machines, etc. in the company to speed it up. At the production stage, we optimize the production base in consideration of the balance between quality, delivery date, price and confidentiality. Moreover, by storing an abundant amount of parts and unit stock indispensable for constructing original goods in Japan, coupled with domestic production base (metal processing · resin processing · plating · painting · assembling etc.), we can carry out quick production by “Made in Japan” . In the delivery phase, as an ISO9001 (quality)-, ISO14001 (environment)-, and ISO27001 (information)-certified company, we will strive to meet your expectations for pre-delivery inspections and post-delivery customer support.
