Originally from London, he has also lived in Spain, East Asia, and is now an Australian citizen. He has been fortunate to call Sydney home since 2010 and recently moved to the Gold Coast in 2022. Dallas’ passion for his work is to build rapport and listen to doctors to establish and understand their requirements and preferences. He has worked very closely with doctors, and by truly understanding their wants and needs, he can then speak with his many contacts, built over the years, and provide numerous options on a locum, contract, or permanent basis. Dallas has worked within large recruitment organizations as well as smaller boutique agencies. He offers a tailored and personal service and is not confined by, nor does he have any restrictions on, who he can work with or assist in helping find employment. He is a very straightforward communicator and prides himself on delivering what he says he’s going to do, both with doctors and hospitals.
