The Dallas Founder Lions Club is where service meets connection—and where more than a century of impact continues to thrive through purpose-driven relationships. Founded in 1916 in Downtown Dallas, we are proud to be one of the founding Lions Clubs that helped launch the global Lions Clubs International movement in 1917. Today, our club brings together professionals, civic leaders, and community members who want to make a difference and build lasting connections. Whether you’re new to service or looking to expand your leadership and network, the Dallas Founder Lions Club is a place to grow, give back, and get involved. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month at noon at Dallas College El Centro Campus in Downtown Dallas. Our meetings feature high-impact guest speakers, meaningful service updates, and opportunities to connect with professionals from a variety of industries. Members come from diverse backgrounds—but we’re united by a shared commitment to community, leadership, and kindness. Our projects include free eye clinics for students and those in need, food and clothing drives, youth mentorship and sponsorships, and environmental cleanups. We partner with local nonprofits, schools, and other service organizations to multiply our impact—and our connections.
