Dance Direct has successfully grown from a family run business to become one of the largest dancewear retailers in Europe, dispatching over 140,000 parcels across the world from our UK and French based warehouses every year. Born from the belief that dancewear should be more widely available and affordable, our company was established in 1999 by two ex-professional ballet dancers who wanted to do something to help struggling dancers, allowing them to focus more on their training, and less on finding and funding their kit. The high quality and value of our products is something which we pride ourselves on, and our ties to the professional dance world means that our products are tried, tested and trusted by dancers of the highest calibre. We provide a fantastic range of dancewear, shoes and accessories from world famous brands such as Bloch, Capezio and our very own exclusive brand, Plume. Working in partnership with Revolution Dancewear – one of the world’s leading costume and dancewear manufacturers – we also boast a huge collection of ready-to-wear costumes for shows and performances, making us a firm favourite with dance teachers and schools. For the last 15 years, Dance Direct has helped and supported dancers, from children just starting out, to adults in their professional careers. The ever-growing dance community is what inspires us and ignites our passion for providing high quality, affordable dancewear to our customers, enabling dancers to achieve their dreams without worrying about the cost.
