Dandi is a co-living operator with a focus on vibrant, up-and-coming neighbourhoods in London. Specialise in design-led studio apartments, we deliver a lifestyle at your doorstep. On a institutional scale, we develop and manage build-to-rent assets with a philosophy of design-forward, hospitality oriented, community-minded and tech-enabled. The resident experience at Dandi begins with the studios, where luxury meets affordability, form meets function and design meets craftsmanship. All with our own multifuntional furniture pieces, designed and made by us in our London factory: Dandi Dynamic Furnishings (est. 2005). Uncompromisingly, our studios deliver five distinct room configurations in one fully autonomous and compact living space — sleep, workout, work-study, dine and unwind. Unique within co-living, every Dandi studio is equipped with its own private ensuite kitchen and bathroom. Beyond our Studios, Dandi residents enjoy unfettered access to on-site amenities from fully equipped co-working areas, hot desks, meeting rooms, cinemas, rooftop bar, fitness classes and more. Behind the scenes, Dandi’s team of expertly trained hospitality staff is committed to delivering a five-star hotel-like living experience. The Dandi community is a mosaic strengthened by its diversity. Residents of all backgrounds are encouraged to contribute to the warm, welcoming and active Dandi community with access to a calendar full of social events, creative workshops and unique citywide experiences organised by Dandi’s dedicated community managers.
