Dansk Sintermetal A/S is a Danish 🇩🇰supplier of powder pressed and sintered parts ranging from 0,3 g to 3 kg in: · Iron · Steel · Stainless steel · Bronze · Copper · Various copperbased alloys. · SMC (Soft Magnetic Composites) such as Somaloy We are very passionate about the sinter technology, which has been our core competence for more than 60 years serving the European market and beyond. We are a customer driven company, who takes pride in listening to our customers’ needs, and convert these into the best possible solutions with the sinter technology. This includes inhouse design and manufacturing of tools as well as fluent communication in English, German or Danish. The sinter technology is well known to the automotive industry as it is an economical process with very little material waste. This makes it suitable for parts in very high volumes. However, at Dansk Sintermetal A/S we have the flexibility to manufacture sintered parts at quite low quantities as well. 5000-10000 pcs per year is not uncommon, and this makes it possible for us to serve a wide range of industries with lower than usual quantities. Dansk Sintermetal A/S was certified according to 9001 in 1990 and has been certified according to ISO 14001 since 1998. Systematic approach and continuous improvements have been a part of our daily work for decades and feedback from our customers is highly appreciated.
