Darrel Darby developed the first postoperative shoe in Huntington, WV in 1985. The starting point for what is now an international group of companies. The DARCO products can be found world-wide with operations in the US, Europe, India, and China. The list of sites was extended recently to include Great Britain. Here in Germany we’ve strengthen our position by adopting a production facility, here on site – we all benefit when it says “Made in Germany”. With years of expertise, DARCO has earned the respect and loyalty of foot surgeons and orthopaedic specialists. Today, tried and tested, DARCO is one of the world’s leading suppliers of orthopaedic devices for postoperative foot care.
