The Liyaba Rainbow Foundation was created to provide young people from South African townships and underprivileged backgrounds with a unique opportunity to take part in our ambassador programme. Our aim is to provide an experience that will help provide them with key skills but to simultaneously challenge them mentally & physically. Liyaba Rainbow Foundation Mission: * Equip ambassadors with crucial life skills, such as teamwork, communication and coordination. * Challenge and encourage ambassadors to become leaders in their communities using their newly learned skills and individual mentoring and support programmes. * Develop Ambassadors to become a source of inspiration and motivation to bring change to their peers and community as a whole. * Support selected youths in their individual development after participating in the Clipper Race.
