About Dare2Do Fitness
Remember when you could do anything? As children we could climb, run, jump, roll and swing. Our bodies were designed for fun and adventure. Over the years that changed because we stopped using our bodies the same way. We look back now and say, “I just can’t move like that anymore.” At Dare2Do we disagree. Our goal is to train in all planes of fitness; Strength, Endurance, Mobility and Agility. We utilize bodyweight as our base (hey, that’s what kids do!) and focus on functional, compound body movements and exercises that result in a lot of fun and great fitness gains.
