About Daring Deeply Coaching

I am the founder of Daring Deeply, a pioneering coaching practice that helps men and women through the process of healing unprocessed childhood trauma to restore the natural masculine and feminine energetics in individuals and inside their marriages. To help fully integrate our evidence-based and client-focused approach of polarity-informed trauma healing, I leverage a combination of primary and secondary healing and growth modalities that include but not limited to parts work, polyvagal theory, emotion-focus directives, psychodynamics, somatics, and internal and external language redirecting. My work in this field is unique and proprietary. Our results are evidence-based in energetic science and supported by empirical data collected from hundreds of thousands of men and women from across the globe. In addition to creating curriculum for and facilitating marital enrichment workshops and leading over 30 on-site retreats, I have logged over 4,000 hours of 1:1 coaching sessions over the course of my coaching career directly helping men and women across the planet, and impacting and influencing hundreds of thousands more through my social media presence, speaking engagements, and podcast appearances. I specialize in working with individuals who have a history of: marital infidelity, sexual trauma, religion-based spiritual trauma, abandonment wounds, and more.
