In July 2018 I left my cushiony, high paying job in pharmaceuticals and took a leap of faith in my dreams of being in real estate. While it was scary, frightening, stressful, and at times fearful, I would not know have asked for another journey to where I am today. Since then I have completed many real estate investment projects. I have bought some of the ugliest and most dilapidated homes you can ever imagine, but through a strong work ethic and desire to succeed I have turned them into gems for the communities. I have a strong belief in my core values, the 3-E's (Educate, Empower, and Enrich). Educate- when we gain knowledge, both life experiences and academia, we become encouraged to put the information to use. Empower- when we gain the knowledge through the ups and downs of life we have the opportunity to reflect. One of my favorite authors said it best "Every adversity, every failure, every heartache carries with it the seed of an equal or greater benefit." Napoleon Hill. Enrich- our actions lead us to the ability to have a rewarding and exciting life. For some the rewards are monetary desires and for others it's more time with our loved ones. I, right now, stand with you in your victory, for the victory has already been won. I encourage you to go claim your victory; i certainly claimed my victory in 2018.
