About Dartford Composites
COMPANY OVERVIEW Dartford Composites Ltd is a specialist manufacturer of high quality GRP and GRP (ph) fire retardant components. Established 30 years, during this time we have built an understanding of the composites industry and a reputation of working with the customer to respond in a timely and cost effective manner. We believe that key toworking successfully in the composite industry is understanding our customers needs. We work closely with our customers from the design conception stage through the full product development cycle to production of the finished product to enable them to leverage our expertise in both GRP and the transport industry sector. We are ISO9001 (2015) accredited and are also approved applicators of specialist paint products for Dupont, Mankiewicz and most globally recognised paint suppliers. We produce products using a range of core specialist base materials all of which are fire rated and rail industry aproved these include: * Class 1/0 Fire Rated GRP Systems * Phenolic GRP Systems * Twintex - Polypropolene/Glass Fibre Moudling * Fire Rated Gel Coats & Paint Systems to compliment the fire rating of the composite product. * Full Colour Matching Service. We use a number of specialist manufacturing processes which are ergnomically alligned to ensure delivery of high quality product to individual customer requirements. These processes include: * fiRST Silicon Moulding System * Resin Injection Moulding * Vacuum infusion * Vaccum assisted ovens * Traditional GRP Laminating Systems In addition to our manufacturing services Dartford Composites has also built an enviable reputation for offering affordable rain refurbishment services. We work closely with you and where appropriate your other suppliers to support ensuring on time project completion to high standards. We offer comprehensive GRP damage repairs services including the provision of on site teams for repairs combined with manufacturing support where required.
