I guess, we have to start at the beginning. We started off back in 2016 with one client. We only knew that we had to keep them happy and provide support to the best of our abilities, but little did we know how much we would learn from them. We learned their technical environment as would be expected from an IT company, but we also learned how to engage with clients and additional applications we had never supported before. This enabled us to not only broaden our horizons in terms of service offerings but opened the doors to be able to adapt on a continuous upward learning curve to ensure we always support all aspects of our clients’ needs. More and more clients came and this proved to be the case. Our loyal staff never backed down from a challenge and we maintained excellent reputations with our clients. We had lost a few clients along the way but can say with pride that it was never due to poor service delivery. The examples include mergers between companies and other companies simply closed down due to economic reasons. Yet, we learned even more. The lesson here is to not have all your eggs in one basket, so we developed new technologies that are far more affordable and can be sold separately, such as cloud backups. This would keep the boat afloat in rocky waters. All and all, this road has been one massive learning curve. I must say, it is more than a business to me. It is a family. Our clients are dear to my heart personally and I know not only their environments but their families. I am very thankful to each and every one of them for allowing us into their lives and businesses. As we progressed, we learned to support even more applications and acquired even more tools. We are now ready for the next three and a half years and know that we will have learned so much by then. All of this is due to our clients. We grow as they require us to.
