Streamlines is now Dave Tingling and Associates. We are a full service information technology (IT) consultancy that meets the need for professional IT planning and delivery in the small and medium business (SMB) space. In particular, we help SMB companies leverage robust “open source” paradigms to establish a reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure with maximum returns on their investments, typical of blue chip corporations. MISSION Through alliances with accomplished engineers and solution providers, Streamlines aims to define excellence in IT practice and technical service delivery. TECHNOLOGY We use standards-based components such as apache, BIND, LDAP, netfilter, openSSL, perl, postgresql, sendmail, and XML to deliver cross-platform compatible, database-enabled applications. Our solutions often involve open-source backend and middle tier components, running on Linux servers with high-availability storage. After nearly two decades of practice, we have found that in almost every case, this “open” approach lowers the costs of enterprise computing.
