With backgrounds in Industrial Design and Motorsport Engineering, we specialise in the design and fabrication of high quality automotive components. We offer a range of high quality off the shelf products and are happy to discuss small production batch runs to suit your requirements. Our 3D CAD software allows us to produce intricate designs and engineering documentation suitable for a range of manufacturing processes. We utilise CNC machining, tube and sheet metal laser cutting, along with CNC bending. With our 3D printer we use the latest technology to produce high resolution, accurate prototypes directly from our CAD data. These prototypes allow us to check fitment with other parts on the car before committing to manufacture. Our photo-realistic computer renderings help to visualise the end result. We work with and have the ability to TIG weld stainless steel, aluminium, titanium and inconel. We specialise in thin wall materials, sheet or tube, and have significant purge chamber experience, particularly useful for reactive metals such as titanium. We have full City and Guilds qualifications for overhead TIG welding. The design and fabrication of jigs and fixtures for all products based off our CAD data makes for accurate, repeatable fabrication.
