The Davenport Consulting Group (DCG) is a full-service architectural firm based in Central Florida. DCG was established in 2014 and is lead by Partners David B. Portwood and Sean R. Palmer, AIA, NCARB. Together, David and Sean bring over 50 years of award winning design and development experience to the firm. DCG specializes in designing and producing cost efficient projects for multifamily apartments, condominiums, mid-rise, high-rise, student housing, affordable housing, office, restaurant, time-share, and single family residential developments (including market rate, tax credit, and HUD financed). DCG's focus is completing projects on time and within budget. Establishing a detailed cost estimate while thoroughly understanding the clients vision is critical in executing value-added engineering during any project’s development. Maneuvering any complexities that arise during the project’s development has allowed our group to ensure our clients receive exceptional service through all phases of the architectural and development process.
