Davies Brothers were established in 1870 and have been trading as a Family Compnay in the Building Industry for 145 Years. Davies Brothers are Building Contractors who undertake New Build, Extensions, Alterations and Refurbishment works for a wide range of Clients and Architects in both the Public and Private Sectors. In the Public Sector, Projects are in Education, Leisure, Public Buildings, Commercial and Housing. The Clients are County Councils, Universities, Local Authorities, Health Authorities, Housing Associations and other Government Bodies. The work for these Clients is either direct through their own Property Services Departments or from their Consultant Architects and Quantity Surveyors. In the Private Sector work is Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Residential for a wide range of Clients or from Architectual Practices, many of whom Davies Brothers have had associations with over many years. Project Management, Negotiated Contracts and Partnering are another area of work where Clients are appointing Davies Brothers to negotiate with consultants to undertake projects and also to partner.
