ABOUT US DAVLIN Consulting was created by Project & Construction Management professionals working within the Energy sector. Our mission is to focus on the demanding challenges that Power Plant projects have, and to provide a complete and robust management service to Clients who require excellence and a confidence that their Projects will be a success. We provide a dynamic & realistic approach towards ensuring Projects are correctly planned, resourced, implemented and completed as per the Contract expectations. Contract compliance and delivery of the Project, is the focus of the DAVLIN team. We Plan the Work & Work the Plan, through a Proactive not Reactive approach. CAPABILITIES Our objective is to provide a full suite of Project & Contract Management services and supervision to the Client within the Renewables sector. At DAVLIN, we use our experiences and access to Lessons Learned, from previous Projects to ensure that those with Contract & Project responsibilities are performing. The provision of such serviced would typically cover Project activities from initial Procurement studies, through to Project completion & handover to the Client. Working with our Project partners, we ensure the Works are correctly planned, implemented & completed through the following Project phases; - Development - Procurement - Project Start up - Pre Construction - Construction - Commissioning - Operations - Project Closeout PLAN THE WORK - WORK THE PLAN
