'I was inspired to create Dawn Patrol Coffee following the amputation of my left arm...' Having surfed for over 40 years, when I was diagnosed with a rare form in cancer in 2022, and told it would be necessary to amputate my left arm - I was absolutely terrified but I knew I would have to surf again. Despite the challenges I've faced, my passion for surfing and love of coffee have never wavered; as such, I was inspired to create a brand that embodied the spirit of the dawn patrol. The Dawn Patrol brand is not just about great tasting coffee, it's about inspiring people to pursue their passions and never give up on their dreams. I hope our story serves as a powerful reminder that even in the face of adversity, we can still find joy in the things we love.
