Day & Night Valley Communications is a locally owned and operated answering service located at the heart of the Matanuska Susitna Borough in Palmer, Alaska. What makes us different? Our clients' can be certain that when they receive an after hours call (emergency or not) their client will be met with a live, friendly, and caring voice every time! Most importantly our office is always open to our clients. We believe that it is important for business owners to have the opportunity to meet the operators that will be handling their most important calls when they are not in the office. Keeping good ol' fashion customer service in style! With that said, DNVC will never use an automated service. Why? 1. Customers/clients will hang up when they hear a machine. 2. A machine cannot hear the urgency in the voice of a true emergency. Your clients will just be put on hold by the machine. Emergency or not. 3.
